widgetBox

widgetBox hides from 1 to 10 targets on the grid. You try to find them by firing beams into the grid that interact with the targets and come out somewhere else.

Like MasterMind, except you're deducing position instead of location and color!

widgetBox will also keep a list of the best five scores for each level.

Full game-play instructions are built into the Widget.

Touch

The most basic of basics: a drag-and-drop implementation of the Unix touch command. Drop file(s) on the Widget and their modification dates are changed to the current date and time.

Why? I use it when renaming or adding older files to the local working directory of a web site so when viewed by date, these files go to the top of the list (along with "real" changed files) so they can be transfered to the web server. I just got tired of doing it in the Terminal.

widgetWords

In widgetWords, the goal is to make as many words possible in three minutes from eight random letters given.

Each new word you make gets added to a list. Once eight words are on that list, new words will get added based upon their score, bumping lower-scoring words off the list.

Based on a bar game, now you can play without feeding the machine dollars or coming home smelling of smoke!
