This idea started as a discussion between myself and another Web Developer as to how easy or difficult it would be to relate the Web Safe color palette to the time. The idea is to be able to use the color of the clock to tell what time it is. Does it succeed in this? I don't know. It looks pretty, though, as the colors shift through the Web Safe spectrum.  ]]></description>
